Friday’s lecture: ”Meditation for inner peace”

As Buddhists, we seek to find peace and happiness from within. Through methods such as meditation, we can learn more about our minds and how it functions. There are countless ways to approach meditation within Buddhism, and Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche will share his experience and advice tailored for modern people in our time.

Weekend teaching: ”The single path to Enlightenment according to the nine yanas”

There is only one goal, one path, and one result. Despite this, there is a division into nine different yanas because there are nine different groups of spiritual practitioners. On this single path, practitioners connect to the various stages of the path. As practitioners, it is crucial to know which stage one is in the nine yanas. With this knowledge, one’s path becomes smoother and more accessible. This is why Buddha Shakyamuni emphasized the difference between the various yanas, or types of spiritual practitioners. During the weekend teaching, Rinpoche intends to present the path for practitioners on all stages.
