How to get here

Getting to Danakosha Ling from Helsinki involves three steps:

  1. Get to the city bus station (Kamppi)
  2. Get to Forssa (city nearby Danakosha Ling)
  3. Get to Jokioinen (where Danakosha Ling is situated)

1. Get to the bus station (Kamppi) from airport/harbour

2. Get to Forssa from Kamppi
You can check timetables and buy tickets here: Matkahuolto

When planning your trip, use “Helsinki Kamppi” as the starting point and “Forssa Bus Station” as the destination.

Tickets can also be purchased directly at the bus station.

3. Get to Jokioinen from Forssa
From Forssa, you can continue by bus.


Plan your trip here:  Matkahuolto

Select “Forssa linja-autoasema” as the starting point and “Jokioinen Veturiaukio” as the destination. Get off at the stop “Pellilä I”, which is close to Danakosha Ling. This is within walking distance from Danakosha Ling.

Good to know:

  • A simple search on Matkahuolto.fi may not show all connections between Forssa and Jokioinen, so make sure to do a separate search from Forssa to Jokioinen.
  • There are two bus stops near Danakosha Ling in Jokioinen. Both are about equally close, but we recommend “Pellilä I.”
  • Until at least 2026, locals have started a public transportation experiment called the “Jubilee Line.” It runs every day with many departures. You can also find its schedule on Matkahuolto.
