Today, 29 July 2026 (the 15th day of the 6th month of the Tibetan lunar calendar), the One-Month Summer Dharma Program at Danakosha Ling was successfully brought to a joyful conclusion.
For the past ten years, through the great vision, unwavering dedication, and tireless efforts of Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche, Danakosha Ling has welcomed students from many countries around the world to receive the profound teachings of the Buddha Dharma. Rinpoche has bestowed extensive teachings and guidance on ten major Dharma texts from the Dzogchen tradition of the Omniscient Longchen Rabjam. These included the root texts of The Three Cycles of Finding Rest (Ngalso Korsum), the commentaries of The Three Chariots (Shingta Nam Sum), The Three Cycles of Essential Instructions (Nyingpo Korsum), together with The Ocean of Excellent Explanations, which presents the essential history of Buddhism.
These deep and vast teachings were concluded this year and the students expressed their heartfelt joy, devotion, and gratitude by offering a traditional maṇḍala, representations of the Three Supports (body, speech, and mind), and other customary offerings to Rinpoche in appreciation of his boundless kindness and precious teachings.

On behalf of all the students, Jaakko Strömlin, MD delivered the concluding address, expressing sincere gratitude to Rinpoche for his compassionate guidance and the opportunity to study these profound teachings.
Representatives of the Finnish Tibetan Cultural Association also attended the closing ceremony. They praised Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche for his outstanding contribution to the preservation and promotion of Tibetan Buddhist teachings and culture in Finland, and appointed him as an Honorary Member of the association.

The first year of this 3-year summer program concluded with a joyful community lunch shared by Rinpoche, the Sangha, students, and guests. Before departing, everyone offered heartfelt aspirations to meet again soon to continue studying and practising the precious Dharma. The students then gradually returned to their respective homes, carrying with them deep gratitude, inspiration, and renewed determination on the path of the Dharma.

We rejoice in the successful completion of this year’s Summer Dharma Program and extend our sincere gratitude to Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche, all the volunteers, supporters, and every participant whose devotion and dedication made this month-long gathering possible.
May the authentic teachings of the Buddha flourish throughout the world, and may all beings benefit from these precious teachings.
